Generation MP3 : le blog des baladeurs MP3

CNet Asia nous propose sa review du Sony NW-S705, le modèle 2Go de la série S700 que nous avons testé en même temps que la série S600 (test ici). Le “noise concelling” intégré au baladeur les a aussi convaincu et le lecteur obtient une note finale de 7,8/10 accompagnée de la mention “very good”. Voici leur conclusion:

The good: Noise-canceling functionality; elegant design; fast charging; solid battery life.
The bad: Bulky earphones; display cannot be reoriented; requires SonicStage for music transfers.
The bottom line: Solid in all aspects, Sony has churned out a winner in the form of this feature-packed noise-canceling player.

CNet US a eu l’occasion de tester le Truly FT-602, un baladeur audio, photo et vidéo disponible jusqu’à 4Go… Résultat: médiocre avec une note de 4,7/10 et la conclusion suivante:

The good: The Truly Pic ‘N Roll FT602 supports a decent list of audio and photo formats and features a large screen that automatically flips to landscape mode for video viewing. The device is packed with features, including: a FM tuner; line-in recording; and PIM and gaming functionality.
The bad: Controls aren’t intuitive and feel flimsy. The player offers subpar video and audio quality, and doesn’t interact with standard WMA jukeboxes. The interface is poorly executed.
The bottom line: The Truly Pic ‘N Roll isn’t all bad, but there’s no compelling reason to choose it over full-featured MP3 players such as the Creative Zen V Plus or the iRiver Clix.
